ANDREA LAWRENCE 
Led by owner and broker Andrea Lawrence, Prudential Alliance Realtors is the second-largest residential real estate firm in St. Louis, based on sales volume. “Andy” is not only an astute businesswoman; she is passionate about creating an environment where clients and customers consistently receive top service and results.

BOB BAX
With over 20 years experience as a successful real estate manager, Bob Bax manages the Prudential Alliance Realtors’ Ladue/Frontenac office. Bob’s professionalism, integrity and expertise, along with his warm and friendly manner, have won him accolades from fellow brokers, managers, agents and clients alike.  
Bob was honored as the 2000 Manager of the Year and 2008 Realtor of the Year by the St. Louis Association of Realtors, as well as being ranked in the top 20% of managers of managers out of 1,000 in the country. In January of 2009, he moved from the Clayton office of Coldwell Banker Gundaker to Prudential Alliance as a Broker Officer of the Company.

DELORES KLEMPKE:
Delores Klempke has worked in the real estate corporate office setting, as well as directly with agents and managers. Her 23 years experience in the real estate business and her multi-faced view of the profession give her an exceptional understanding of just about any situation that arises. Delores has worked closely with manager Bob Bax for the past 9 years and is someone I depend upon, from listing to closing, to move my clients’ vital documentation through the proper channels in the most efficient manner.

LILA WILSON:
Coming from a family of Realtors, licensed Realtor Lila Wilson, brings invaluable experience and perspective to administrative tasks.  During her past 6 years at Prudential Alliance, she’s been especially noted for her careful eye for detail and readiness to assist in any way needed—always with a smile and sense of humor.  Whether she’s entering an important change in the MLS or solving a technology challenge, Lila’s wealth of talent and experience enhances the top service I promise my clients, every day!
